Due to continued growth Temperature Control Limited, one of the most respected companies in the comfort cooling and heating sector are currently recruiting for both maintenance and experienced air-conditioning service engineers to join our London office.
Providing a twenty-four-hour call out service to our customer base which includes organisations in the hotel and leisure sectors our aim is to support the needs of customers through excellent customer care.
Role Responsibilities
- Efficient diagnosis of faults in response to reactive service calls aiming to provide a first-time fix and so ensure continuity of service for our customers.
- Ability to complete planned system repairs in a timely manner following quoted works
- Completion of planned maintenance works and identification of any system errors which may require further investigation or works
Our Ideal Candidates
- Will be a Self-motivated team member eager to learn.
- Be enthusiastic with a 'hands on, can do' approach willing to pitch in and help irrespective of the works involved
- Hold a valid UK Driving Licence
- Have 2 Years previous experience in a similar role
- Should have experience in delivering customer care and be focused on supporting the needs of the customer.
- F-Gas qualification preferable
- Current CITB card advantageous
- Knowledge skills & experience on leading air conditioning manufacturers systems especially VRF/V systems
- Experience of chillers and central plant an advantage but not essential
- Performance and quality focused.
- Competent in Microsoft office and manufacturer bespoke software packages
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
Rewards
Our excellent base package is supplemented by door to door travel and regular overtime. Any hours over 40 per week are subject to overtime rates, starting at time+1/3. With this we work on a factor of 1.3x salary to deliver the expected on target earnings noted for the year.
