Multi-Trade Decorator / Property Maintenance Operative Required – Immediate Start
We are looking for a reliable, experienced person to join our team working 2 days per week, with the possibility of increasing to 3 days.
The role includes:
- Painting and decorating
- Basic plumbing repairs
- General residential property maintenance
- Fencing and external repairs
- Minor carpentry and other maintenance duties
Work will cover the Torquay, Exeter and Plymouth areas.
What’s provided:
Applicants must provide their own hand tools.
Hours: Approximately 08:00–17:00 (to be discussed)
This role would suit a semi-retired person or subcontractor looking for regular, ongoing work.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
