Job Summary:
HMR Infraa Construction & Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Head of Construction Operations to lead project delivery, manage site performance, and ensure construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role suits an experienced construction leader who can coordinate teams, contractors, and operational priorities.
What you'll do:
- Lead construction operations across active projects.
- Oversee site teams, contractors, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and deadlines.
- Ensure health, safety, and company procedures are followed.
- Resolve site issues and support efficient project delivery.
- Report on performance and support future project planning.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction operations, infrastructure, or project delivery.
- Strong leadership and site management experience.
- Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Relevant construction qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

Pay: £6,200.00-£7,800.00 per month
