Are you a passionate and experienced leader looking to make a real difference? We’re seeking a Team Leader to join our care home, Merlin House (ECHO) Ltd, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and autism.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a dedicated team to provide high-quality care.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
- Promote independence, dignity, and meaningful activities for residents.
- Assist with personal care, daily living, and rehabilitation support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least one years experience in social care.
- Compassionate and supportive approach.
- NVQ in health and social care
