As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the bar and restaurant teams to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise the hotel guests and ensure a smooth check in is delivered and all guests needs are catered to throughout their stay.
- Lead, motivate, and support staff, fostering a positive team environment centred on hospitality excellence.
- Oversee guest interactions, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally to uphold the organisation’s reputation.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table allocations to optimise operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies at all times.
- Assist in training new team members and conducting ongoing staff development programmes.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service experiences.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders when necessary, and control wastage to maintain profitability.
- Handle administrative duties including reporting, scheduling, and human resources management as required.

Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams under pressure.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour.
- Previous hotel experience is highly desirable but not necessary.
- A genuine passion for hospitality combined with excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to contribute to a vibrant hospitality setting while developing their managerial expertise within the hotel industry.
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
