Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist with medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing under supervision to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Support the inventory management process by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and organizing supplies efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering patient questions, directing them to appropriate staff, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Help with medication administration procedures as directed by licensed pharmacists, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, medication logs, and patient interactions in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to patient care activities by supporting health screenings or medication counseling sessions when appropriate.
- Follow all pharmacy policies and procedures to uphold safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting or healthcare environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong interest in pharmacy practice, medication management, and patient care services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and team members.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain high attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of medication administration processes is advantageous.
