Play is an exciting new nightclub concept launching in Gloucester, operated by Church Farm Hospitality Ltd. We're looking for a creative, driven Channel Activation Manager to lead our social media presence and help build real hype and engagement ahead of and following our launch.
It is essential that candidates have experience managing social channels, ideally within hospitality, nightlife, events or a similarly fast-paced consumer brand.
About You:
- Proven experience managing and growing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong content creation skills — able to shoot, edit and post engaging content quickly, often on the night
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms and what drives engagement in the nightlife/hospitality space
- Ability to plan and execute a content calendar aligned with events, promotions and campaigns
- Confident working with influencers, photographers and videographers to capture venue content
- Strong copywriting skills, with a clear brand voice
- Data-driven approach, able to track performance and adjust strategy accordingly
- Ability to work using your own initiative, take a proactive approach, and manage multiple channels and campaigns at once
- Comfortable working evenings/nights as required to capture live content

This is a full-time, permanent role. The role requires flexibility, as business needs — and content opportunities — will differ from week to week. This is by no means a 9 to 5 role, and all applicants should take this into consideration.
