Working the bar in a busy village restaurant, the ideal candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of wine, premium spirits, beers and cocktails and have a minimum of 2 years working in a similar environment. You should be able to work independently and be aware of timings of serve and be able to maintain a clean workspace, in line with site standards. An outgoing and engaging personality is a must. Kindly be advised that, in this instance, we will not be able to consider applicants without the required 2 years relevant experience for the role.
