Order Picker – Colour Chip Section
Pay: National Minimum Wage
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
No weekends or bank holidays
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Order Picker to join our busy Colour Chip Section.
The role involves accurately picking and preparing colour-chip orders for distribution throughout the UK, France and Poland. Orders are dispatched using carriers including DPD, FedEx, DHL and Parcelforce.
This is a fast-paced position requiring accuracy, good organisation and excellent attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Picking and preparing colour-chip orders accurately
- Checking orders against customer requirements
- Packing, labelling and preparing parcels for dispatch
- Sorting orders by destination and delivery carrier
- Preparing UK and international shipments
- Working with DPD, FedEx, DHL and Parcelforce services
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
- Working efficiently to meet daily targets
- Following all health and safety procedures

- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience would be helpful but is not essential, as full training will be provided
