Responsibilities
- Deliver professional hair styling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk, managing appointments and client enquiries efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalised consultations and attentive service to foster loyalty.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work showcasing diverse styles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of all backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
