Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle movements, maintaining pedestrian safety, and ensuring the safe coordination of deliveries and site traffic in accordance with site health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control the movement of vehicles entering and leaving site.
- Safely guide plant, machinery, and delivery vehicles.
- Maintain segregation between pedestrian and vehicle routes.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, site operatives, and management.
- Ensure all site traffic movements comply with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain designated traffic management areas.
- Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe practices.
Requirements
- Valid CPCS A73 Plant & Vehicle Marshaller card or NPORS N403 Vehicle Marshal (with CSCS). [citrustraining.co.uk], [emtraining...utions.com]
- Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction sites.
- Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements.
- Full PPE.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
