Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling warm leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using IT systems
- Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up diligently to convert prospects into customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business avenues
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or similar roles within a competitive environment
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as required for client meetings or industry events
- Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other organisational applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential; a positive attitude towards client engagement is essential
