An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Supervisor in grounds maintenance to work at our SOHA depot.

The ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience in Grounds Maintenance
- Supervising several small multi skilled teams
- reporting to an assistant or contract manager daily.
- Able to manage most operational aspects of the contract including use of technical devises, software and client liaison.
Duties include:
- Ensure all work is delivered to agreed customer programmes; default free, first time to maximise company performance and reputation.
- Provide monthly contract progress report to customers.
- Be responsible for continuous personal development for self and team embracing NVQs.
- Responsible for ensuring teams are properly equipped and detailed. Site inspections.
- Actively involved in Toolbox talks.
- As above but with greater experience, knowledge, and responsibility for staff.
- May also include administrative and specific specialist operations including care and maintenance of large plant.
Pay up to £31,980 per annum depending on experience and relevant industry qualifications
Ideal/Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Chargehand/ Supervisory experience
- NVQ 2 or higher
