We are a well-established and growing solicitor’s firm specialising primarily in residential conveyancing, with a small private client department. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional client experience, and we are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Administrative Assistant to become the first point of contact for our clients.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
· Answering incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries appropriately.
· Welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
· Handling new business enquiries and gathering initial client information.
· Providing prospective clients with information about our services and fee estimates.
· Opening new files and carrying out initial administrative procedures.
· Managing emails and correspondence.
· Scheduling appointments for solicitors and fee earners.
· Maintaining accurate client records and updating our case management system.
· Assisting the legal team with general administrative duties as required.
· Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A confident and professional telephone manner.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Previous experience within a solicitor’s firm or the property sector would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
