Twin Bull Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Manager to support strategic financial decision-making, improve forecasting accuracy, and develop effective financial plans to drive business growth. The successful candidate will analyse financial performance, provide insights to leadership, and help optimise budgeting and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives
- Analyse financial performance and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare financial reports and provide recommendations to management
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial targets
- Support strategic planning and investment decisions
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities and improve financial processes
- Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with business teams to improve financial performance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and planning processes
- Provide insights to support long-term business strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial planning, FP&A, finance management, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing financial reports and business insights
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
Pay: £40,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
