Who we’re looking for
As our Infrastructure and Cyber Manager, you’ll lead the management and security of RHP’s technology estate, making sure our systems are secure, resilient and aligned with our business needs. You’ll provide technical leadership across infrastructure and cybersecurity, helping us manage risk, strengthen our security and deliver reliable, efficient technology services.
You’ll lead our cybersecurity approach, protecting RHP’s IT infrastructure against emerging threats and vulnerabilities. You’ll oversee our servers, networks and cloud services, ensuring they’re secure, available and performing effectively. You’ll also develop and maintain security policies, support compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and work across the business to embed security into everything we do.
You’ll play a key role in responding to cybersecurity incidents, leading the detection, containment and remediation of security breaches. You’ll carry out risk assessments, manage vulnerabilities, oversee third-party suppliers and lead security awareness activity, helping to build a strong culture of security across RHP. You’ll also contribute to technology budgets, ensuring we make effective and sustainable technology decisions.
We’re looking for someone with significant experience in cybersecurity management, including risk management, threat detection and compliance, alongside a strong technical background in infrastructure, networking and cloud platforms. You’ll have hands-on experience of Azure and securing cloud environments, with knowledge of SIEM tools, firewalls, intrusion detection and vulnerability management.
You’ll also bring experience of incident response and disaster recovery, with the leadership and communication skills to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls and ISO 27001 is important, with relevant professional certifications highly desirable.
