Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to inspire and educate young learners. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects in accordance with the curriculum.
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster strong communication with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support student well-being and achievement.
- Organise extracurricular activities that enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and behavioural incidents.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students within the classroom and school premises.
Qualifications
- recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching or working with primary school-aged children is desirable.
- Strong behaviour management skills to maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for education and commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
- A valid teaching certification or licence relevant to primary education is preferred but not essential for internship positions. This role provides an enriching environment for educators committed to making a meaningful difference in young children’s lives through quality teaching and care.
Pay: From £97.68 per day
