The ideal candidates should:
- Have experience working in a supervisory or managerial position in a quality-focussed restaurant.
- Share our passion for top quality food, drinks and service.
- Display a knowledge and appreciation of carefully curated wine-lists, WSET accreditation beneficial.
- Possess excellent people skills and the ability to inspire our team and delight our guests.
- Be a team player.
- Have great organisational skills and be competent at using IT systems.
- Be calm under pressure and skilled at multitasking.
