Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Salary: £24,000 (37.5 hours per week)
Start Date: Ideally within 3–4 weeks
Reports to: Fulfilment Supervisor
Team: Operations team of around 8 people

The Role
Purition is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Trainee E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant to join our team.
This is an entry-level position ideally suited to a college leaver or someone looking to start their career in operations, logistics or e-commerce. No previous warehouse experience is required — we are looking for the right attitude, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
You'll play an important role in making sure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. You'll learn how a modern e-commerce operation works and gain hands-on experience across fulfilment, stock management and warehouse operations.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for helping ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
This will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using warehouse systems and order lists.
- Pack products carefully and securely for shipment.
- Prepare parcels for daily courier collections.
- Receive, check and organise incoming stock deliveries.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Support the wider operations team during busy periods.
- Learn warehouse systems, processes and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
About You
We're not looking for lots of previous experience. Instead, we're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated and keen to learn.
You should enjoy being active, take pride in doing things properly and be comfortable working as part of a small team where everyone helps each other.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.
Salary
Salary is dependent on experience.
Start Date
Ideally, we are looking for someone who can start within 3–4 weeks, although we are happy to discuss this for the right candidate.
