U12 Coach – FA Stars FC
FA Stars FC is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and committed Lead Coach to take responsibility for our U11 team for the upcoming season.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing grassroots football club that places player development, professionalism, and a positive learning environment at the heart of everything we do.
The role includes:
- Planning and delivering high-quality training sessions twice a week.
- Leading the team on match days.
- Supporting the technical, tactical, physical, and social development of every player.
- Creating a positive, challenging, and enjoyable learning environment.
- Communicating professionally with parents and club management.
- Working closely with the club’s coaching team to deliver a consistent coaching philosophy.
We are looking for a coach who:
- Has experience coaching children in grassroots football, within the U10–U12 age group.
- Is passionate about developing players rather than simply chasing results.
- Demonstrates excellent organisation, reliability, and punctuality.
- Has strong communication and leadership skills.
- Holds an FA coaching qualification
- Has an up-to-date DBS check and appropriate safeguarding qualifications
Training Schedule
- Mondays and Fridays
- Sunday league matches
