We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Administrator to join our Quality Team within a fast-paced B2B manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting food safety, quality compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with knowledge of quality systems and an understanding of CCPs, HACCP, root cause analysis, recipes, product coding, and complaint management.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer and maintain quality management systems and records.
· Support with customer complaints and quality issues.
· Support with administration of root cause analysis and corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
· Support product coding verification and traceability records.
· Assist where necessary with documentation to support customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
· Support non-conformance investigations and follow-up actions.
· Liaise with other departments as necessary to resolve quality concerns effectively.
· Ensure all documentation is maintained in line with company procedures and industry requirements.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Essential
· Previous experience in a Quality Administrator, Quality Coordinator, or similar role.
· Understanding of HACCP principles and Critical Control Points (CCPs).
· Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
· Understanding of root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving techniques
· Understanding of product coding and traceability requirements.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
· Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a busy environment.
Desirable
· Food manufacturing experience.
· Internal auditing experience.
· Knowledge of quality management systems.
· Experience of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
