Responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and repairs with precision and attention to detail
- Undertake roofing work such as installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across various tasks
- Fabricate custom components or structures as required for specific projects
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policiesRequirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, groundworks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good physical fitness to perform manual labour in different environments
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality on site
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction trades are desirable but not essential; practical experience is highly valued
