Meet Our Client
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join a dedicated care team supporting a friendly and engaging gentleman as he transitions from a rehabilitation setting back to his home in Walkden.
The gentleman has a great love for music, particularly blues, jazz, and rock, and is a keen Manchester City supporter. He enjoys watching the news and has a strong interest in politics and current affairs. He values good conversation and is very much looking forward to resuming an active and fulfilling life within his community.
In this role, you will work 3:1 during the day, alongside two Healthcare Assistants, and 2:1 at night alongside a Healthcare Assistant, providing person-centred care tailored to his needs. Your responsibilities will include supporting his personal care needs, moving and handling, and providing clinical care when required, while always promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Training in Southport is essential and will take place while the gentleman remains in the rehabilitation setting, prior to his discharge home. Once he returns to his home in Walkden, he is eager to get out and about again, revisit some of his favourite places, regain independence, and enjoy life in the community with the support of a consistent and caring team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting a safe discharge and making a meaningful difference to someone’s life.
“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”

- A valid NMC PIN held for a minimum of 12 months, with current registration as a practising Registered Nurse and experience in delivering the following:
