Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary.
- Conducting legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Managing case files efficiently using IT systems specialised for legal practice.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and organisational policies.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal support.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with relevant practising certificate.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with legal management software and standard office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Organised with the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided where necessary.
