About This Role
We are looking for compassionate and confident Healthcare Assistants to support a 15-year-old boy in his family home. He is a happy and affectionate young boy who loves water, music, sensory lights, and spending time outdoors when the weather allows.
He also enjoys watching his favourite TV shows and cherishes time with his brother, who he is very close to.
In this role, you will provide overnight support, including personal care, medication administration, and any clinical needs as required. Your primary focus will be on ensuring his safety, comfort, and overall well-being, helping him have a settled and positive night.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex healthcare needs is desirable. Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling.
- Clear communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
