We’re expanding our Cardiff team and are looking for friendly, driven people to join us as Sales Advisors. The role involves speaking directly with customers in residential areas, representing well-known online delivery-based services through face-to-face campaigns.
You don’t need sales experience. We provide full training, coaching and ongoing support to help you develop your communication, customer service and sales skills.
The Role
- Speak with customers face-to-face in residential locations
- Introduce and explain products and services clearly
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable options
- Answer questions and respond professionally to feedback
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Work alongside a team to meet performance goals
- Take part in regular training and development sessions
- Travel to and from our Cardiff-based office as required

- A clear communicator
- Organised and able to use basic computer systems
Availability: Minimum 4 days per week
