The Role
As Amazon Vendor Controller, you'll take ownership of our Amazon Vendor Central operation.
Our EDI integration automates purchase order processing, stock updates and invoicing, whilst our warehouse team manages fulfilment. This allows you to focus on what matters most - creating outstanding product listings, maintaining catalogue quality and driving long-term commercial growth.
Working alongside Product Management, Pricing, Sales and our Marketing & Brand Content Executive, you'll ensure our products are presented to the highest possible standard whilst continually improving the performance of our Amazon business.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and develop the NUPROL Amazon Vendor Central account.
· Create and onboard new products into Amazon Vendor.
· Absorb already released products into the Amazon catalogue.
· Maintain accurate product information across thousands of SKUs.
· Produce engaging product titles, bullet points, descriptions and search terms.
· Optimise listings for visibility and conversion.
· Manage product variations, attributes and catalogue health.
· Coordinate product launches through Amazon.
· Analyse account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
· Produce regular reports and recommendations.
· Work closely with Pricing, Product Management and Sales.
· Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product imagery and content meets brand standards.
· Assist in creating infographic images and A+ Content where appropriate.
· Arrange or undertake product photography when required.
· Ensure listings remain accurate, compliant and commercially effective.
International Growth
As our Amazon business develops, you'll play a key role in expanding our brands internationally.
This may include:
· Supporting launches into additional Amazon Vendor marketplaces.
· Working alongside our overseas distribution partners to strengthen their Amazon presence.
· Coordinating product information and assets for regional Amazon accounts.
· Supporting localisation of content where required.
· Helping ensure a consistent brand identity across international marketplaces.
About You
Previous experience working with **Amazon Vendor Central is essential.**
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and continuously improving performance.
You'll be naturally organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing large amounts of product information.
The successful candidate will:
· Have previous Amazon Vendor Central experience.
· Be confident creating new products and ASINs.
· Understand Amazon catalogue structures and optimisation.
· Have excellent attention to detail.
· Enjoy analysing data and identifying opportunities.
· Be proactive and capable of working independently.
· Be comfortable solving problems with minimal supervision.
· Be organised enough to manage thousands of product lines.
· Work collaboratively across multiple departments.
· Have excellent written English.
· Be confident using Microsoft Excel.
Desirable Skills
Whilst supported by our Marketing department, experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
· Creating Amazon infographic images.
· Amazon A+ Content.
· Product photography.
· Basic graphic design.
· Copywriting with SEO in mind.
· Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent creative software.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
