Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Patrol Officer to carry out bi-weekly (every two weeks) Void Property Inspections (VPIs) at a residential site in Coventry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending the property on a scheduled basis, completing security and condition checks, identifying any issues, and submitting accurate inspection reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct void property inspections every two weeks.
- Attend the assigned location within the agreed timeframe.
- Check property security, condition, and any visible issues.
- Report any damage, faults, or concerns identified during inspections.
- Complete inspection reports and provide updates to the relevant team.
- Ensure the property remains secure during vacant periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, patrol, inspections, or a similar role preferred.
- Valid SIA licence (if applicable).
- Strong attention to detail and good reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage scheduled visits.
- Reliable and professional approach.
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
