Experienced Personal Assistants/Support Workers required for an engaging young man who has a high-level spinal injury and is reliant on a ventilator via tracheostomy.
You will receive comprehensive training in order to carry out skilled delegated specialist care tasks. Our client lives in the Elmstead market area of Essex.

The successful applicants will be part of a care team who work alongside family to meet his physical needs.
He is entirely reliant on another for all his activities of daily living and maintaining his home to a high standard. He needs to have the support to engage in social and leisure activities.
The role will involve closely working alongside his family, therapy and support team.
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not necessary, an assessment of your competency will need to be undertaken if you are asked to drive the client.
Working hours: 36 hours per week which equates to 3 x 12-hour shifts, on a rotating basis, which includes days, waking nights, and some weekends.

Rates of pay are dependent on experience.
