Join our Care and Support team as a Support Coordinator and help ensure the people we support receive safe, high-quality, person-centred support every day.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Support Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract, based at The Wellington Centre in Andover.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in coordinating support visits across our supported living services, helping to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Registered Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Support Workers are appropriately allocated to deliver safe, timely and person-centred support for the people we support.
Communication is a huge part of this role. You’ll work closely with the people we support, Support Workers, and members of the management team to ensure everyone has the information they need and that any changes are communicated promptly.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating support visits across our supported living services using our rostering system.

Working alongside our experienced Support Coordinator to maintain accurate rotas and staffing information.

Ensuring Support Workers are appropriately allocated to provide excellent support that is safe, consistent and person-centred.

Keeping colleagues informed of changes to schedules and responding to day-to-day operational queries.

Supporting Service Managers by ensuring they have accurate and up-to-date information to enable an effective on-call service.

Using our systems to produce reports and provide information to support our management teams.
Working arrangements
This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role based at The Wellington Centre, Winchester Road, Andover, with flexibility to work from home on some days, subject to business needs.
Hours: 30 per week
Salary: £21,555.55 per annum
