Salary: £36,774 to £40,025
Hours: 37 hours – Full Time – Monday to Friday

Job Profile
As the Neighbourhood Coordinator you will be responsible for 1 of our 6 neighbourhoods. This used to be a job traditionally taken by a Housing Officer role, however we have looked to freshen up our approach and ensure the new role of Neighbourhood Coordinator builds on the traditional housing management approach, along with working closely with our residents to provide an excellent place to live.
As a Neighbourhood Coordinator you will be managing a wide range of activities and customers, from a variety of backgrounds. You will be a positive ambassador for BVT and the services that we provide, ensuring you work with both internal and external partners to deliver excellent services to our customers whilst building strong positive relationships with the local community.
You will deal with a variety of issues from signing up new customers, ensuring our residents get along, keeping your neighbourhood safe and looking great, to organising community events and working with local stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.

- Being organised and having good problem-solving skills is key as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You will be self-motivated and have a willingness to learn.
