The Role
You'll play a key role in supporting experienced fee earners with a varied caseload of residential leasehold matters, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with residential leasehold sales and purchases
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, managing agents and lenders
- Reviewing leasehold documentation and raising enquiries
- Managing files and maintaining accurate case records
- Supporting fee earners throughout the conveyancing process
- Providing an efficient and professional service to clients
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within Residential Property or Conveyancing
- Ideally, exposure to leasehold transactions
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in property law
- Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office
