Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, carpets, furniture, and fixtures, following established standards.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold a pristine environment.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
- Follow all safety procedures and health regulations to promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Keep accurate records of rooms cleaned and supplies used, ensuring efficient workflow management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning schedules and guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated janitorial or cleaning experience that highlights attention to detail and efficiency.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to understand guest needs and coordinate with team members effectively.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift comfortably.
