Duties:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance for a range of vehicle makes and models
- Utilise workshop systems and equipment accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service through professional communication
- Support workshop efficiency and uphold quality standards
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Stay current with technical knowledge through manufacturer training
- Assist in maintaining a safe and productive workshop environment
Requirements:
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven technical experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations
- Passionate about the automotive industry and continuous professional development
- Ability to work well within a team and adhere to safety procedures
