What does a Service Engineer do?
You’ll travel across your patch responding to service calls, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and keeping our machines running smoothly and reliably. You’ll be the person our customers rely on – not just for your technical know-how, but for your professionalism, friendly service, and calm approach when things need fixing fast.
From software updates and part replacements to routine maintenance, you’ll make sure our customers can keep doing what they do best — with minimal disruption and total confidence in our service.

What we’re looking for:
Practical and logical – with a natural knack for fixing things
A confident communicator – professional, calm and customer-friendly
Organised and able to keep good records
Comfortable with basic computer systems (logging jobs and updates)
Full UK driving licence
Experience in electronics, gaming, engineering, or field service is a big plus — but we’ll train the right person
