Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy weekend shifts
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout shifts
