Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh, high-quality meals tailored to the needs of film crews and cast members
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently maintained throughout all stages of food handling and preparation
- Assist with food presentation, plating, and buffet setup to create appealing dining environments on location
- Support catering operations by managing serving stations, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Collaborate with the production team to coordinate meal schedules and accommodate special dietary requirements
- Uphold guest services by providing friendly, efficient, and professional interactions with all crew members and talent
- Follow all health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a secure and hygienic catering environment
Qualifications
- enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude towards team members and guests
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Hotel or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated individuals

We are a quality film caterer, based in Brighton looking for local chefs and students that would like a great paid position whilst completing their studies
We cater for Tv commercial crew so jobs last between 1-5 days normally , we do work back to back on different jobs too.
We are looking for candidates that are fast learning
help packing and unpacking
serving the film crew , so clean and presentable , uniform will be supplied .
other daily tasks are , washing up , preparing food , top up shopping .
We mainly work Monday to Friday so great for your social life !
