Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their takeaway orders accurately
- Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards and company procedures
- Serve customers at the counter
- Assist with food packaging and presentation to maintain quality standards
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the serving area and kitchen workspace
- Manage cash or comtactless transactions accurately and handle payments efficiently
- Support with stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for all staff and customers
- Training will be provided
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service environment is desirable but not essential
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if required
