Join a distinctive, industry-connected learning environment based at Maidstone Studios. Endorsed by ScreenSkills Select, this small and highly regarded BA (Hons) Television Production provision offers students an authentic studio experience at the heart of a busy commercial production setting.
We are seeking a Lecturer with expertise in screenwriting, drama directing and delivering client-focused live briefs. This post is ideal for a practitioner who is beginning or developing an academic career and is eager to bring contemporary production practice into the classroom.
In this role you will:
Lead and teach modules across the programme.
Design and assess innovative, industry-relevant learning experiences.
Contribute to curriculum development, student recruitment and course administration.
Work closely with a dedicated team to support outstanding student achievement and progression.
You will thrive in a close-knit environment that values initiative, excellent communication and collaborative working. You will be an organised and self-motivated educator who is committed to inclusive practice, aware of contemporary issues in the screen industries, and keen to explore new technologies in teaching and production.
