Duties
- Deliver high-quality social care services tailored to each individual’s needs, promoting independence and well-being
- Supervise and support clients in daily activities, ensuring safety and engagement at all times
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth
- Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor client progress, document observations accurately, and report any concerns promptly
- Facilitate group activities and community integration opportunities to enhance social skills
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies
Requirements
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire confidence and promote learning among team members
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and colleagues
- Compassionate approach combined with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures, health & safety standards, and relevant legislation (further training given)

Pay: £220.00-£500.00 per week
