Key Responsibilities
- Study assembly drawings, parts lists, and manuals to prepare work activities
- Gather parts, tools, subassemblies, and materials
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components to machine frameworks
- Prepare and assemble subassemblies for final machine build
- Carry out quality control and inspection checks to ensure high standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Follow and embrace all Health & Safety procedures
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in machine building or mechanical assembly
- Knowledge of machine construction and engineering principles
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Basic electrical wiring and pneumatic experience desirable
- Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Overtime available
