Job Purpose
To support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar and restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team engagement, and smooth operational delivery aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of daily bar and restaurant operations
- Lead shifts, ensuring service standards are consistently delivered
- Inspire, coach, and develop team members in line with DUCKIE values
- Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
- Drive revenue through upselling and promoting offers
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant supervisory/management role
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, hands-on, and proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety, licensing, and health & safety standards

Pay: £28,704.00-£29,000.00 per year
