The role will include but not limited to:

To be responsible for the day to day operations at Shamrock Quay Marina; working alongside their team to ensure the effective and efficient running of site operations ensuring excellence in customer service and experience at all times.

To be accountable for the financial performance of your business(s) and run your marinas effectively, correctly and profitably.

In conjunction with the site management teams, ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly checks are carried out, along with all routine maintenance to ensure the sites remains safe, secure, clean, tidy and well landscaped at all times.

To ensure the day to day operation and overall image of the site reflects the Company’s position as market leader.

To ensure all legal, HSE and company policies including financial policies are being adhered to.

- A proactive approach to customer service and any issues arising is adopted along with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

All dealings with team members are carried out professionally, politely, and respectfully.

To adopt a flexible attitude towards work location whilst providing the best in customer experience and site cover; driving customer focus to the forefront of your activities.

To manage site staff to ensure they are providing the best possible customer experience.

To build and develop a professional close working relationship with senior management, central services and staff at your facility. To include the holding of regular staff meetings and undertaking annual appraisals.

To place the customer at the forefront of your daily duties and ensure excellence in customer service and customer experience is achieved at all times.

To deliver operational process and systems in accordance with the quality management systems of the MDL Way.
