ideally for those experienced in corporate, brand activations and field marketing
We are seeking event staff to carry out events for our premium gelato company on a temporary, ad-hoc or freelance basis. We like to think we are 'the friendly ice cream people' and this role is perfect for those experienced in events or are looking for extra income to supplement other employment.
We also have our 'Choccy Milk Lab' and speciality coffee, so barista experience is preferred also.
We are an ambitions events company that gets lots of bookings for film sets, corporates, weddings, PR promotions and marketing and we have the finest gelato in the land.
We are looking for experienced event staff for the customer facing role - serving the gelato and drinks at all of these events.
It is a requirement that you are able to drive a van (a normal driving license is fine) and experience in event management is preferred - particularly in brand activations or corporate events, as we are starting to elevate into this space.
So we are looking for experienced hospitality staff and particularly those with experience in corporate events, brand activations and field marketing.
Duties
- Driving a van
- Scooping gelato
- customer service
- field marketing, brand marketing (preferred)
- Corporate and brand activations
- assisting the logistics manager/ driver for when they arrive on site.
- Upselling gelato on the day
- client relationships and liaising with with the client on site.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills
- Punctual
- Exceptional customer experience skills
- Comfortable with customer facing roles
