About the Role:
Easy Grab Go Ltd is looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Store Assistant to join our team at our Romford store. You will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers enjoy a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and provide excellent service at all times.
Store Operations:
Support the daily operation of the store, including opening/closing tasks, cleaning, maintaining hygiene standards, and following health & safety procedures.
Cash & Payment Handling:
Assist customers with card payments and self-service token machines, following company procedures and reporting any issues to the Store Manager.
Stock & Prize Management:
Replenish stock, organise and display prizes neatly, keep machines stocked where required, and help maintain an attractive store presentation.
Store Maintenance:
Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organised, ensuring equipment and customer areas are in good condition. Report any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
Team Support:
Work closely with the Store Manager and colleagues, follow instructions, and contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment.
Requirements & Working Pattern:
- Hours: Flexible working hours, including full-time and part-time opportunities.
- Shifts: Must be available to work daytime, evening, weekends, and public holidays as required. Closing shifts on Fridays and Saturdays may finish at or after 23:00.
- Must have the right to work in the UK and complete satisfactory identity checks.

- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Honest, responsible, and able to follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
