Part-Time Experienced Front of House Staff Wanted
We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Front of House team member to join our friendly team.
Please DO NOT apply if you have no restaurant experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide training for beginners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UK restaurant front of house experience
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments and working in a busy restaurant
- Experience serving coach tours, travel groups or large group bookings is highly preferred
- Reliable, hardworking, positive attitude and able to work well within a team
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
Main Duties:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Processing payments
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Maintaining a clean and organised restaurant
- Assisting with tour groups and large party service
- Providing outstanding customer service
