We're looking for hands-on, experienced CCDO qualified Supervisors who are passionate about getting things done right, keeping teams safe, and making a real impact.
Our Demolition Supervisors lead on health and safety during demolition work. You'll be commercially minded while maintaining high safety standards, supervising both experienced operatives and those still developing their skills.
We’re also open to training up experienced demolition operatives. Perhaps you’ve experience of overseeing small teams while working under your supervisor. If you want to take a step up in your career and take responsibility to lead and motivate a team and the drive to learn, we’ll give you the support and training you need to develop your skills, get qualified and succeed in the role.
Your impact will include:
- Leading on site operations - figuring out who's best at what, giving them suitable tasks and helping workers develop their skills. Problem solving to run projects efficiently
- Working with contracts managers to organise plant, equipment, and materials in place, keeping projects on track and maximising resource efficiency
- Keeping everyone safe by never compromising on critical safety standards, ensuring all incidents and near misses get reported, and using your experience to continuously improve how we work and prevent future risks.
- Building great client relationships through clear communication, being organised, keeping your cool when things get hectic while delivering solid results

What You'll Bring:
Essential:
- Current CCDO Supervisor card (or CCDO Advanced Operative card)
- We don’t provide accommodation, so you must have a driving licence and be based in Oxfordshire, or within 1 hour’s commute
- Proven experience in supervising demolition projects (as a Supervisor or working as a Chargehand)
- You must be prepared to work a full 8 hour day with an hour break on top, and work alongside your team where necessary
- Understanding of building structures & construction techniques and safe demolition procedures
- Able to interpret asbestos surveys, understand technical drawings, bills of quantities, and communicating the information to your team in a way they understand
- Solid knowledge of H&S requirements and responsibilities; setting a good example to your team is important to you
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office to be able to keep up to date site records
Useful:
- Understanding of mechanical demolition
- Experience of top-down demolition
- Temporary Work Supervisor certificate
- IPAF MEWP, or other relevant plant & equipment training
If you already have any of the above, that will set your application apart.
We’ll provide any additional training needed for you to develop, such as: Face fit tester training; PASMA towers; Emergency first aid training; Non-licensed asbestos removal training

- Full-time (40 hour minimum) permanent position Shift typically 7:30am – 4:30pm. Additional hours are sometimes available, if the project requires.
- Pay up to £24 per hour, dependant on experience
