Choux Box has opened a brand new site in London, and we are looking for experienced Baristas to join our team.
We specialise in choux buns, coffee and patisserie with personality. We’re looking for people who are confident making great coffee, enjoy working with customers and can help create a warm, friendly and high-quality experience in our new London café.
Previous barista experience is essential for this role. You must be confident working with a commercial coffee machine and grinder, making espresso-based drinks to a high standard and keeping coffee consistent throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and drinks
- Dialling in and maintaining coffee standards throughout the day
- Steaming milk consistently for different drinks
- Making espresso-based drinks confidently and efficiently
- Keeping the coffee area clean, organised and well-stocked
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional way
- Taking orders and using the till
- Supporting the front-of-house team during busy periods
- Restocking cups, milk, retail items and café supplies
- Helping maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the café
- Following food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Supporting with opening and closing tasks where needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced as a barista in a café or coffee shop environment
- Confident making coffee to a high standard
- Comfortable working with a commercial coffee machine and grinder
- Clean, organised and tidy in their working style
- Friendly, confident and welcoming with customers
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work well under pressure
- Comfortable working as part of a small team
- Passionate about great coffee, food and customer service

We started in Bath and have grown to three locations, building a brand known for bold flavours, beautiful presentation and a fun, modern approach to choux.
Our London site is the next step for the business, and we’re looking for people who are excited to bring the same quality, consistency and personality to our new home in London.
