We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Events Assistants to help deliver engaging brand experiences at promotional events, pop-ups, exhibitions, and live campaigns across London. No previous events experience? No problem. We'll provide all the training and support you need to build your confidence and develop valuable skills from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Events Assistant, you'll be part of the team that brings campaigns to life. From welcoming customers to creating engaging experiences, you'll help ensure every event leaves a lasting impression.
Your day could include:
- Supporting live events, promotions, and brand activations
- Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression
- Answering questions and providing product or campaign information
- Representing leading brands professionally
- Assisting with event set-up and presentation
- Building genuine connections with customers
- Working closely with a fun, supportive team
- Contributing to individual and team goals
