Van Driver / Skilled Labourer

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Van Driver / Skilled Labourer to join our construction team. This is a varied role combining driving duties with hands-on site work, supporting construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting materials, tools, and equipment to and from sites, while also assisting with general construction and labouring tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vans to deliver materials, tools, and equipment to construction sites.
- Load and unload deliveries efficiently and securely.
- Assist tradespeople with a range of construction and labouring activities.
- Carry out basic skilled tasks including groundwork, repairs, installations, and site maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Conduct vehicle checks and ensure company vehicles are kept clean and roadworthy.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Support site managers and supervisors as required.
Requirements
- Clean & Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Previous experience in construction, labouring, groundworks.
- Good practical skills and the ability to use hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of manual handling activities.
- CSCS Card essential.
- Experience in the construction industry would be advantageous.

Pay: £12.71-£17.00 per hour
